An open foundation.
A practical path to scale.
Start with the free retail software. Add a managed service when your team needs fleet policy, organised deployment and operational evidence.
Paid services and the preloaded USB are proposed. Features, hardware compatibility, availability and final terms will be confirmed before orders open. No payment is collected here.
USD pricing. Paid plans below are proposed monthly rates, excluding taxes. Hardware, custom integration and dedicated infrastructure are separate.

Let’s talk
A proposal for your environment
Scope and service level agreed
For regulated environments and tailored operating models.
- Customer-specific key custody
- Dedicated or customer-hosted options
- Identity and management integration
- Tailored retention and residency
- Deployment qualification
- Contracted support options
The Retail Free tier limits hosted service scope, not rights granted by the open-source licence. Paid features are design targets requiring implementation and qualification. No response-time guarantee is included unless separately contracted.
Build a first-pass
fleet budget.
Estimate the proposed recurring service cost. Keep optional USB media separate from your monthly subscription.
US$29 each, one-time target. Separate from the software service.
Essentials has a 10-device minimum.
Discuss this fleet ↗Planning estimate only. Annual equivalent is the monthly target × 12, with no implied annual discount. Excludes taxes, shipping, onboarding, dedicated hosting and third-party charges. Paid plans and USB availability are not yet confirmed.

Paid service scope does not remove customer rights in open-source software. The public microkernel identifies its licence as AGPL-3.0-or-later. Repository and licence ↗
NØNOS, ready
to explore from USB.
A proposed USB containing a verified NØNOS release, verification instructions and a quick-start guide. Intended for evaluation and compatible live-boot workflows.
Hardware specification, compatible devices and final availability will be published before orders open.
US$29
One-time target · proposed boot media
Taxes and shipping are additional. Final price depends on manufacturing, testing and fulfilment. No preorder or payment is taken here.
Prepared boot media: this is not a dedicated hardware wallet or a substitute for a Trezor or Ledger secure-element signing device. You can also prepare a compatible USB yourself with the public software and official instructions.
Price reference: the US$29 target is US$30 below the US$59 prices published in official product data for Trezor Safe 3 ↗ and Ledger Nano S Plus ↗. Different product purposes and security properties; no feature equivalence claimed. Vendor prices, taxes and shipping can change.
Accessible pricing.
Transparent comparisons.
The proposed rates sit below selected published device-management price points. Scope, operating systems and product maturity differ.
| Service | USD price reference | Billing and scope |
|---|---|---|
| NØNOS Essentials | US$1.50/device/month | Proposed monthly rate · minimum 10 · not yet launched |
| NØNOS Business | US$2.90/device/month | Proposed monthly rate · minimum 50 · subject to qualification |
| Hexnode Pro | US$2.40 monthly / US$2.20 annually | Per device/month · 15-device minimum |
| Hexnode Enterprise | US$3.60 monthly / US$3.20 annually | Per device/month · different platform and feature scope |
| Miradore Premium | US$3.30 monthly / US$2.75 annually | Per device/month · minimum payment terms below 15 devices |
| Miradore Premium+ | US$4.75 monthly / US$3.95 annually | Per device/month · extra integrations and remote support |
| Microsoft Intune Plan 1 | US$8/user/month standalone | Per user, not per device · included in some Microsoft subscriptions |
Annual figures above are monthly equivalents under each vendor’s annual billing option. Microsoft per-user licensing can cover several devices and may already be bundled. NØNOS does not claim universal lowest pricing or like-for-like feature equivalence.

Clear scope.
No surprises.
Will the free edition be deliberately less secure?
The proposal keeps the public software foundation available under its licence. Paid tiers add hosted operations, deployment coordination, retention and support. A subscription is not described as enabling basic memory isolation or verification.
Can I buy a plan today?
No. These are indicative launch targets so customers can discuss requirements. The service must be implemented, qualified and commercially agreed before an order or payment.
Is every computer supported?
No. Public software is under active development and hardware compatibility needs to be checked. A device included in a market scenario is not automatically eligible for a pilot or paid service.
Do I need to buy NOX to manage devices?
The proposed prices are in USD. No compulsory token purchase, token-denominated bill or fixed token utility is announced here. Any future token mechanism needs published product and commercial terms and remains separate from administrator authority.
What costs are outside the headline rate?
Hardware, taxes, shipping, custom integration, dedicated infrastructure and specialist onboarding are separately scoped. Chain transaction fees and third-party services need explicit treatment in the final agreement. No unlimited-use promise is made.
What happens if a subscription ends?
The agreement must define hosted-service access, data export, retention and any grace period. Ending a managed-service subscription does not cancel rights already granted under the software’s open-source licence. Critical-device behaviour needs a customer-approved continuity plan.
Are these prices used in the 200 use-case market scenarios?
No. The use-case library contains broader planning assumptions for possible endpoint populations and annual licensing. This page proposes a managed-service rate card. Market models are not price quotations or revenue forecasts.
